Discuss the Originator concept:

(Originator) In PEPPOL Ordering definition: A person or unit that initiates an order.

(epo-ord:Originator) : A role of an agent that expresses the needs to trigger the procurement. Suggested Alias: epo-ful:Beneficiary

(Originator) In PEPPOL Despatch definition: The party who will eventually receive and consume the goods and on whose behalf the buyer makes the purchase. Suggested Alias: epo:ProcurementOriginator

In the Working Group meetings it was decided that epo-ord:Originator class is a epo:PrimaryRole, having the following definition:

The role of an agent that exploits the result of the procurement (service, goods or works).

Additional Information: The beneficiary is also known as an end-user. The agent playing the role of the beneficiary is often the same that plays the role of the originator.
