We should take into account that org:Organization requires a legal name and an epo:OrganisationGroup inherits from org:Organization but does not necessarily have a legal name.
Where it is written that org:Organization requires a legal name? If I look at the Org ontology, it does not say something like that.
BTW: the legal name should be in the Public Organisation and Business (that are more FormalOrganisation) not at the level of Organisation that should have simply a reference name @muricna
The legal name cardinality has been reduced to [0..1]
Instead, a new class was added: Lead Buyer (for the procedure)
Lead Buyer - A role of an agent who is a Buyer and takes the administrative lead of the procedure.
Group Leader class is deleted because it is modelled as a relation in the OrganisationGroup, similar to "member".
