Read hasResponseStatus Rather than hasAcceptanceStatus

It was decided that the WG would implement this as hasAcceptanceStatus in In ePO 4.0.0 The associated codelist is at-voc-new:ResponseStatus which is based on Action code (UNCL1229). Rather than having three different terminologies could the codelist be called at-voc-new:AcceptanceStatus?
