Also the attribute: epo:hasNonAccessibilityCriterionJustification is not in the correct place. We should verify if Accessibility falls into strategic procurement.

eForms BTs concerned BT-754 and BT-755

In the Annex, BT-754 and BT-755 are under Strategic procurement, so they seem to be in the correct place.

Strategic procurement generally covers green, innovation and social procurement, we need to check with DG GROW and the SDK implementation of this.

Proposed Solution:

Remove the attribute epo:hasNonAccessibilityCriterionJustification from epo:StrategicProcurement, and move it to epo:SocialProcurement.
Remove the predicate epo:includesAccessibilityCriterion from epo:StrategicProcurement, and move it to epo:SocialProcurement.
The above changes are depicted in the diagram below.
