WG 24/10/2024 add epo:hasEstimatedDuration predicate pointing to class epo:Duration to the class: epo:DynamicPurchaseSystemTechnique Proposal to Modify Definition of epo:hasEstimatedDuration to: "Relation indicating a Contract or a Technique has an estimated Duration. " related to #529

Implemented in WGM 28/11/2024 as depicted below: Added the following definition for epo:hasEstimatedDuration: Relation indicating a Dynamic Purchase System has an estimated Duration.
