Remodelling of class epo:MiniCompetitionAwardOutcome #706

Open AchillesDougalis opened 1 month ago

First Discussed in WG 01/10/2024, and then revisited in a meeting with PEPPOL regarding Preaward:

In ePO, we model class epo:MiniCompetitionAwardOutcome as shown in the picture below

image

The problem is that in eForms we do not know if a purchase contract within a framework agreement is always the result of a mini competition.  To remedy this, it was decided that the predicate epo:resultsFromMiniCompetitionAwardOutcome will be deleted. In its place there will be a new predicate epo:resultsFromFurtherStageAwardOutcome from class epo:PurchaseContract to a new class epo:FurtherStageAwardOutcome as shown in the picture below. epo:FurtherStageAwardOutcome will be a generalization of epo:MiniCompetitionAwardOutcome. This will also allow ePO to accomodate other types of award outcomes in the future.

To discuss definitions for epo:resultsFromFurtherStageAwardOutcome and epo:FurtherStageAwardOutcome in a future WGM.
