Remove Contracts Registry from the history and planning diagram and any mention in text. #24

Documentation Error Detected This is not really an error but a change of scope. We need to remove anything to do with Contracts Registry we need to think of adding a text reasoning why it has been removed.

References to contracts registry have been removed from the page, both in the text and the graphic.
