Mappings that are not reflected in the publication on TED #288

It was agreed that mappings for fields not published on the TED website could remain in the conceptual mapping however a remark that these fields are not published should be made in the conceptual mapping, it should be discussed whether an enhancement is necessary to reflect this in the technical mapping.

The remark should be referred to in each corresponding mapping ie In section V.2.7-V.2.10 this should be reflected in each of the mappings for this section in anyform that it appears

It should also be indicated when mappings are only available for a certain notice published from a given form ie CN or CAN from F22

@csnyulas Which TED JIRA please indicate? All JIRAs for our unit start by TED and are followed by three letters signifying the project.
