The content of the rdf files should probably contain the form type #94

Although the form type is in the metadata of the xml it would make searching in the rdf files more efficient if they included the form type. For current forms ie F03 for the eForms the notice subtype ie 1, 2, 3 etc so some alignement needed

In the WGM from 13/09/2022 we decided to change the prefix from epo-not: to epo: for the predicates going out of epo:Notice. See diagram below:
