stm32mp1: move to Linux/U-Boot SCMI aware DTS file for ST boards #701

Changes stm32mp1 OP-TEE distrib to use Linux and U-Boot SCMI aware DTS files for ST boards based on STM32MP15 (DK1, DK2, ED1 and EV1). This change allows to harden more security features on this SoC.
