qemu, qemuv8: use master branch for soc_term #172

Consistent with the other OP-TEE/ and linaro-swg/ projects, use the latest version of soc_term (the master branch) to avoid the need for a manifest update when a bug is fixed in soc_term.

I noticed that fix https://github.com/linaro-swg/soc_term/pull/3 was not pulled by our manifest. To be merged after the 3.11.0 release out of precaution.
