Add a few missing packages to Ubuntu 20.04 prerequisites for QEMUv8 #203

A few packages are missing from the Ubuntu 20.04 prerequisites in order to be able to build OP-TEE for QEMUv8. Add them.

Tested with the attached Dockerfile.

wget, git and cpio are not listed in Ubuntu 22.04, I guess they should too. Maybe in another commit?

Commit added. The packages were indeed missing. Tested with the attached Dockerfile.
