Added Network Configuration settings section #93

Network configuration settings has been added in order to resolve the issues with IP assignment to the raspberry pi board.

For the commit message itself, change from:

Added Network Configuration settings section

to

rpi: add network configuration section

Add sections telling how to do static as well as dynamic (DHCP)
network configuration.

Thanks for the update @jayanthdc , I will pick this up (with minor modifications) once we're happy with the counterpart at build.git.

@jayanthdc , help me here. I'm pretty sure we had this up for discussion in build.git or so? But I cannot find it? I'd like to cross check whether you did submit changes to build.git or not (see my comment from Jan 4th).

@jayanthdc , last chance, I need you to act here:

  1. Rebase patches
  2. Add a valid email address to the commits
  3. Address my comment from March 15

If I see no updates from you have no choices other than closing this PR and I'll do it tomorrow in that case.
