Upon further investigation I noticed the opc.owl contains several dc:title dc:description and dcterms:license statements.

<dc:title xml:lang="en">OPC: Ontology of Process Chemistry</dc:title>
This seems a strange, as software that processes the ontology will not know which of the these titles concerns OPC.
But is there a reason to do it so? Wouldn't it make sense to change it?
