GDS: Make Push Client support TrustListMasks

Proposed changes

Adds the necessary UI & Logic to call Server Push ReadTrustList with appropriate TrustListMasks. This change is needed, as some gds push enabled servers (eg. Siemens S7 1500) only return the Trust List with masks and not the full trust list.
