The is a process that needs to be followed to update NodeSets:

1) Mantis issue created; 2) WG must decide is a spec revision is required or only a fix to the NodeSet; 3) The updated NodeSet is submitted to Technical Director 4) The updated NodeSet is checked into the member-only repo 5) The updated NodeSet is released in the public repo and published to the UA-CloudLibrary

The process is cumbersome for simple fixes but it is needed for anything beyond the most trivial.
