hdf5_handler_local consists of codes from the latest hdf5 handler svn from the HDF group. Two big features are included: 1) HDF5 to DAP4 mapping for the default option. 2) The BES option to generate the ignored HDF5 object information for the CF option from HDF5 to DAP2 mapping.
HDF5RequestHandler.cc are modified to fit the master branch as well as Makefile.am and testing files, at files for the testsuite.
