This branch adds the support of HDF-EOS5 LAMAZ and PS projections. NASA HDF-EOS5 testing files are added to the testsuite. The results are also checked with the CF visualization tools. To my best knowledge, the retrieved latitude/longitude and the cf grid_mapping variables/attributes are correct.

Tested at MacOS 10.13,CentOS 6 and CentOS 7. Everything looks fine.
