…eaking caused by netcdf 4.4.1.

Also update Makefile to use netcdf 4.7.3. Tested at CentOS 7 with BES.

I didn't remove netcdf-c-4.4.1.1.tar.gz since I see you still have a few old HDF5 tar files under /downloads. Maybe you want to keep the old versions just in case the new versions are wrong?

I keep the old versions around for a bit, then delete them. Yes, they are there in case we need to fallback to an older version.
