"Fußgängerampel" translations:

"pedestrian crossing" doesn't seem suitable as it could also be translated to "Fußgängerübergang".

The bing translator and google translator show "pedestrian traffic lights" for "Fußgängerampel" and "pedestrian traffic light" is used in https://github.com/OPENER-next/OpenStop/blob/fb33ac5f8a30c5a8dda49417d890a15a3d9de724/assets/question_catalog/locales/en.arb#L429

And OSM prefers "traffic signals" over "traffic lights" https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:crossing%3Dtraffic_signals#Possible_tagging_mistakes

Maybe a native speaker could provide feedback.

I think the main goal here is consistency, therefore I would suggest to just remove "traffic" from "pedestrian traffic lights". I think there should be fewer occasions. Also we should make sure that it is called "pedestrian lights" with an s at the end.
