Do not ask for "passenger_information_display" if "departures_board" is "realtime" #292

This requires a new audio question that is basically a copy and paste of the passengerInformationDisplaySpeechOutputName question but writes departures_board:speech_output: * or we alter the timetableDisplaySpeechOutputName question. (lets discuss this today)

Solution: Make a second question that is a copy of the passengerInformationDisplaySpeechOutputName question, that will just write the same for departures_board. But the strings will still indicate passenger information display.
