After restart, back in Chemnitz (without enabled location) #78

The problem

If I answered questions in my town and restart the app, I'm always back in Chemnitz instead of the last map view.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Disable location permission in settings
  2. Open app
  3. Deny the location request
  4. Move the map view
  5. (opt.) Answer questions
  6. Close the app completely
  7. Restart the app
  8. -> Again in Chemnitz

Good point. We should simply store the current map view location in the apps "shared preferences".
