Add stream recording functionality

The following are the requirements for the initial version

Add “Record stream to file” option to filter properties
- Include output path in advanced options
- Add option to split by file size or video time, similar to OBS file recording.
When the live stream starts, recording starts in conjunction with it. When the live stream starts, recording will start and stop in the same way.
Encoder is shared with the live stream
