"Disable" and "Enable" button (Appears as eye icon) is placed on left of filter row.
"Disable All" and "Enable All" button are placed on bottom of Branch Output Status dock.
When push eye icon, it can toggle filter's availability individually.
When push "Disable All" button, All Branch Output filters will be disabled.
When push "Enabled All" button, All Branch Output filters will be enabled.
