Vowel Recognition Pattern

There should be one or more vowel recognition patterns implemented that perform the following:

• Able to recognize feminine vowels
• Able to recognize masculine vowels

All vowels detection should calculate the probability that each vowel is being spoken. The highest probability vowel should be returned.
