This PR includes a bunch of change to make the server more robust.
Observer Pattern for subscribing to changes in classes that implement Subject protocol
Implemented basic server validation in api/task/schedule
Clean up constants
Updated Task to use random number instead of name as ID. This simplifying tasking finding logic significantly.
