Valve Index off by 1 #18

Describe the bug Valve 1 responds to Valve 0 in UI, etc. Valve 23 doesn't do anything on the machine.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Schedule a task with valve 0

Expected behavior Valve 0 should trigger valve 0, not valve 1.

Additional context Tried switching code branches, feather, and SDcard.
