RTC Library incorrect version #39

Describe the bug When building, PlatformIO by default grabs a version of the library that doesn't work with our code.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. go to any branch and try to build any version

Expected behavior Build as expected

Additional context Need to specify version of RTC library to avoid this error.
