Motivation: Preserve flush purge valve failed to open, so we want to reduce pressure beforehand.
Targeting V4.2 and V4.3
Implement in the leave section for the state before to reduce pressure. Only intake valve open, run motor backwards.
AC: open intake with motor backwards before going into preserve flush
