RicMswExportInfo::setTopWellBoreVolumeis not used today, consider adding UI or delete function

Find out if it is OK to always export this field as 1* in text file.

WELSEGS item 4 "Effective wellbore volume of the top segment" can be defaulted with "1*". No UI needed.
