Switch to dune buildsystem #210

this is the opm-output part of OPM/opm-common#277. please do the generic discussion about it there, i.e., only discuss the opm-output specific issues here.

Regarding the main question of whether to use the dune build system I will just follow whatever decision is taken above my head; but if you make a separate PR with commits 1, 2 and 5 I will merge that.
