Add dune buildsystem #223

this is a downstream PR of OPM/opm-common#295. please discuss issues that are specific to opm-output here and issues related to the change in general there.

I consciously chose not to ;). I'll be pretty pesky about this until something adequate gets merged because I felt a lot of buildsystem related pain over the last few years.

thanks. Even if you're rather indifferent, it would anyways be cool if you would take a minute or two to test these PRs: just checkout andlaus/add_dune_buildsystem and everything which you currently have should work unmodified. (at least if you don't use dunecontrol.)
