Update CO2STORE for 2023-10 #110

Included description of both OIL-GAS and GAS-WATER options.

Updated to mention option to use PRECSALT with GAS-WATER option.

Updated examples. Removed compositional keywords (COMPS, etc.) from examples.

I have not yet added anything on using THERMAL with GAS-WATER option.
