Functionality request in ITrade/GetOffers - Search by message #81

I would like to request a parameter be added to ITrade/GetOffers which allows searching by message (partial match)

How would it work? For example:

GET https://api-trade.opskins.com/ITrade/GetOffers/v1/?message=Inventory

The message (or what you want to call) will cause the GetOffers call to return only those transactions in which the text was Inventory
