Added links to binaries and clarified Q&A about showing support for UASF BIP148

Just for the record: at the time I submitted this PR many were interpreting Mycelium's message as a sign of support, but I used a more conservative "ready" because there was no official statement or news release. Later the said employee said that was his personal opinion, but I didn't see any indication that they're against it, so I think it's reasonable to leave their status as "ready".

If anyone feels differently please feel free to submit a correction.
