Switching automatic testing to Ubuntu 20.04 #33

Ubuntu 16.04 is no longer supported. Testing needs to be switched to Ubuntu 20.04.

After changing the workflow configuration, the action didn't get triggered. Simplifying the 'on' section helped. Still need to figure out how to configure trigger conditions in more detail and have nightly builds as well.

In addition there seem to be problems with the Composer dependencies for testing.

Automatic builds are working again, using Ubuntu 20.04. In addition nightly builds have been configured.

The builds are using PHP 7.1, since we are still using Zend Framework 1.

The same changes need to be made for the laminas branch.
