contradicting types in Body.licenseValidSince and Body.oparlSince #354

in the specification, Body.licenseValidSince and Body.oparlSince are described to be date-time (timestamp) strings. in the example they are plain date strings (e.g. "2014-01-01").

The example should be fixed.
