What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use internet explorer 10 on windows 8
2. open a page with a swf
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i want windows 8 warn me that i have to switch in desktop mode

website need to add this meta to activate the warning

do you think that is a good idea to dynamicaly add this meta to the page ?
will it work ?
