Intro sections need links to other parts of documentation

hi @DEQpcanepa , I sent you a Teams msg about this, but just FYI I fixed a few typos and empty references (e.g. "see appendix XYZ") in the Impact Modeling document. I doubt you'll have any issue with them but just in case I used track changes and you can see the result at "\deqhq1\swrshare!PROGRAMS-SOLID-WASTE-(PSW)\LCA\Projects\WIC\Documentation\2021-06-final\impact-modeling-for-the-wic-2021-07-12.docx".
