Update write affiliation samples to use ROR #57

Updated the affiliation write XML samples to use a ROR identifier instead of FUNDREF. Existing JSON write samples were already using ROR.

Affiliation XML write samples updated:

Added the JSON write examples to the README.md file for easier navigation / visibiliy
