2 years ago In going through preparation for these things, and reflecting how we are using slack and what our aims are for 2022, I'm considering that this may require more consideration than originally anticipated. @balicea @OREL-group/cognition-futures
I think there are some particular pipeline / workflow things we might need to sort out.
- What is the use of each tool in our project management tool set?
- What are we actually doing with slack?
- Can we make GSuite more encompassing? What other examples / case studies can we draw from?
- What is a coherent way to get everyone in the lab using functional / accessible tools?
- How do we stay true to OREL mission and values - (opensource?)
- What is the best use of time for our meetings
- How can tools support these meetings
A related topic coming here is this as well. I'm looking at a lot of things from mattermost/boards/Focalboards, a notion alternative, to obsidian, to projectlibre, and other things. I think it might be a time to return to some of the values and mission of the lab to help sort out the various choices to make in this area.
