Please describe the issue: Wanting to find a community platform to use that will be beneficial to my target audience (readers) to help them engage with one another

How is this issue actionable? Need to create community section with prompts on community platform. In order to start this, we need to use a proper technical platform. I could choose Slack, or Teams, or something else entirely -- depends on what the community would prefer
