There is a lack of structured and open-source information community for user experience designers, as it is still a very newly booming lucrative field. It is currently very difficult to find helpful resources and information around the user experience field.
How is this issue actionable?
The issue could be resolved by building an open-source forum-based community to facilitate the creation and sharing of user experience design resources and information. The community will consist of designers, developers, and stakeholders who share a passion for user experience design.

There are many forum-based platforms out there that are capable of this, but Reddit could be a potentially sophisticated option that is well established, user-friendly, and requires minimal effort in actual set up and maintenance.
