Best means of data sharing #36

There should be a standardized means of quantifying, recording, and sharing data across teams and collaborators.

At first, teams should try using microsoft excel and share using academic email addresses, and then personal gmail accounts using google sheets. Excel is more powerful, but sheets has better sharing options and visibility. Once research has reached a point where comparisons can be drawn, team consensus can be drawn on which method is more efficient.
