Build the initial structure of the application using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for a responsive design.

Address Issue: Have a functioning initial application with different pages for a future responsive design including a login page, a data input page, and a plan page using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Rescope: If JavaScript is not working out well, may switch to other application building languages such as React, design may be altered as well if pages not needed for future application development
