Insights gained will help refine CreatoRain’s unique value proposition and strategic roadmap.

Steps:

Identify primary and secondary competitors within the influencer marketing space, such as direct platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Grin) and social media-based marketplaces (e.g., TikTok Creator Marketplace, YouTube BrandConnect). Analyze each competitor's core offerings, target audience, pricing models, and unique features. Document key findings on competitors' strengths and weaknesses, including areas where they excel and where CreatoRain could offer a distinct advantage. Gather information on market trends and emerging tools to identify gaps in the market that CreatoRain could fill. Prepare a summary report with actionable insights and recommendations for product differentiation and marketing strategy.
