Format an outline of project in order to get full, clear view of the project's start to end. Plan for things like target audiences and where the data will come from.

I can start by clearly defining the goals of the project by asking questions like what problems am I solving and what does success look like. I need to break the project into major phases so I know what part of the project is best to work on and when. Outline things like data formatting, visuals, and the other resources I will need to complete it
