Store a copy of backups in an off site location. On hold until backup server and scheme are complete.

Address Issue: Backups need to be migrated off site to prevent an unrecoverable catastrophic failure. This can be done with a cloud service fairly cheaply,

Potential Rescoping: Finances will need to be adjusted as a cloud service will cost money.
