Unable to set up Treasure Hunt Assessment - reported by end user #3250

Hi,

I am using the international version of the Measur tool (ver 0.5.2-beta) to try to set up an assessment for a new Treasure HUnt.

I don't get past the initial setup screen for the assessment. It does not pick up the Currency, etc and I can't select the proper one to use. This stops me from using the new assessment. See attached screen shots.

I tried this several times, then reset the entire database for the app before doing this test.

Hope this helps; would like to use the Treasure Hunt feature. No assessments Create new Treasure Hunt Assessment Basic setup screen for Treasure Hunt assessment

Here are some questions sent to user:

Thank you for reporting your issue. We are looking into this, but have a few questions:

Did you have MEASUR installed previously and updated to 0.5.2 or did you install 0.5.2 directly? Did the application crash or is the described behavior the only indication you have of a problem? Are you able to use any of the other assessment types? Are you able to use any of the standalone Treasure Hunt calculators? Did you change the language?

and answers:

  1. It was installed previously, but I had not used it yet. I allowed it to update to the next version.

  2. The app did not crash; what I described is the only problem encountered (yet).

  3. I have not tried other assessment types.

  4. Yes.

  5. No.
