EEM Replace Compressor #4841

Need to brainstorm this but

Right now, when Frank wants to replace a compressor

1 - add new/hypothetical compressor to BL, have it always be off 2 - In EEM turn on new compressor and off old compressors to model how it would run (would this mess with the flow reallocation?)

Maybe an EEM where a modal pops up and you add a compressor to your BL (but it is automatically set to off/zero flow)?

Alex would really really like it if this one can get into 1.2.4. Lower priority than daytype analysis graph, daytype average fixes. Higher priority than date formats.

Modified compressor results logic/integration more complex than realized with new ordering options - passing this to Mark to tie that in

Note for future us: we set this one aside as more info is needed on potential side-effects or rules that go along with replaced compressors.
